Our Story

Founded in 2014, Aggieland Scuba started from a suitcase to becoming a full-service dive shop in the heart of College Station, Texas—bringing the wonders of the underwater world to the Brazos Valley. Over the years, Aggieland Scuba has become a cornerstone of the local diving community, certifying hundreds of divers annually and fostering a culture of safety, education, and shared adventure.

Who We Are

Aggieland Scuba is a proud PADI 5‑Star Instructor Development Center, offering professional-quality training across a wide array of aquatic activities: scuba diving, Mermaiding, Freediving, and Emergency First Response (EFR, Oxygen Provider, etc). Situated at 2151 Harvey Mitchell Parkway South, #109, College Station, TX 77840, our shop is more than a retail location—it’s a vibrant hub for underwater enthusiasts.

Our team includes 30 PADI-certified instructors, along with a dedicated staff providing courses both recreational and professional, equipment sales, rentals, repairs, and travel planning for dive trips.

What We Offer

• Education & Certifications: From “Discover Scuba” experiences to Professional level certifications in scuba, mermaiding, freediving, and first aid. Our programs are designed to inspire confidence in divers of all ages.
  
  
• Dive Club & Community: Our active dive club builds camaraderie, hosting events, outings, and our signature Aggieland Dive Expo—a dive‑industry showcase held annually in College Station.
  
  
• Equipment & Services: We stock and service a vast range of gear—BCDs, regulators, computers, fins, wetsuits, DPVs, lights, cameras, cylinders (aluminum and steel), and more. Repairs cover suits, gauges, cylinders, computers, regulators, and BCDs.
